Yesterday I joined the Tall Bikes on their SE Cornwall stint and I rode with them from East Downderry near Tor Point to the Eden Project at St Austell via Seaton (Cornwall), Looe, across top of Polperro, Polruan, Fowey, (via Ferry), Par and St Blazey. I haven't been to Fowey since my holiday there in 1995 before I moved here. It was a good day and saw places I must spend time in.

Afterwards I went To Holmbush Tesco and after cafe & getting a load of provisions I intended getting train back...........................Except I didnt. I am feeling rather pleased with myself as I cycled back instead.

This morning I went out running but only as long as Bowie "Rebel Rebel" & the Whos "5:15" played on my mobile.
